Reminds me a lot of Rogue Squadron. Really enjoyed this game!
People might criticize this game for ripping off Rogue Squadron, but the App Store is sorely lacking in good licensed Star Wars games, so this fills that void nicely. The game is a lot of fun to play, the graphics are great, the controls work well, and the story is decent (although not at all original). My only complaints are that the music gets repetitive, and the collision detection is bad (you sometimes crash just from flying close to an enemy ship without actually hitting it). It would also be cool if we could use secondary weapons or unlock new ships, but overall its a fun game and worth the $3.
Needs an upgrade system. Different weapons, shield upgrades, different ships, etc. I suppose its good for what it is. Graphics are okay, gameplay is alright. Though the lack of mobility is infuriating. Basically its monotonous. Needs an update to add substance. Very bland as is.
I like the games its fun but Im dealing with some issues. I been dealing with some lag when Im engaging a enemy. I sometimes my ship freezes. I have no crashes or other issues like that. I enjoy the game, its difficult getting the targets. I there there should be different difficulties. Here are couple ideas and things you guys should add, include in a update. There should be level selecting. New Upgrades, different and more ships, more levels on planets, space, sea and air. I think that about it. Please fix the lag issues.
According to the app store this game is compatible on all iPads. Please update the app store description (not yours listed at the top of the page) stating it is compatible with iPad 2 or later. I purchased this looking at the compatible device list, saw iPad 1, purchased it, unplayable.
